Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of sizing, fit, or change of mind. Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you choose the right fit before purchasing — if you need personalized help finding your size, our team is happy to assist you before you order.
Manufacturing Defects
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- All extras included with your order (stickers, cards, and packaging inserts) must be returned in perfect condition
- Photos and/or video clearly showing and explaining the defect are required
Once approved, we cover the cost of return shipping for verified manufacturing defects, and you may choose a replacement or a full refund.
